What started as a local barbershop vision grew into a mission to elevate the trade—first by advocating for barbering’s official status in Alberta, then by building CSB as a place where skills and professionalism thrive. Today, his focus remains on empowering the next generation of barbers with practical education and real-world opportunities.

Simone has over fourteen years of experience as an instructor and more than twenty-seven years of experience in the industry! She has also been an Educator at CSB since its inception.

Although Dion is in an administrative role, she is no stranger to hair. She has hair salon experience, a cosmetology diploma and is also a CSB Alumnae herself!

Educator

Chad graduated from Vidal Sassoon Academy and continued his professional development throughout his 7+ years in the hair industry by taking classes with internationally recognized artists.

During this time, not only did he grow as a hair professional, but he also found fulfilment in teaching his peers, helping others grow, and watching them succeed. His passion for teaching and mentorship led him to be an educator at Canada School Of Barbering!

Educator

JP graduated from Nuwave School of Hair Design and developed his professional skillset throughout his 20 years in the hair industry!

During his career, he not only managed a hair salon but also found fulfilment in teaching others as part of the Redken Canadian Education Team, where he travelled to different salons to train other hair professionals.

His goal is to have a strong impact on others and their learning ability, which has brought him to Canada's leading barber school!
